Potato Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

leftover mashed potatoes
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. flour
1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients.
Stir in water and onion.
Spoon into a hot, oiled pan.
Fry over medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
