Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can drained pineapple (save syrup)
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    6 to 8 pork chops
Preparation
    Add water to pineapple syrup to make 1 cup.
    Mix in saucepan with cornstarch, vinegar, brown sugar and soy sauce.
    Heat until thickened and clear.
    Add green pepper and pineapple.
    Pour over browned pork chops and simmer until done.
