Chicken A La Fonda - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 to 8 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup or 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Butter 2-quart baking dish.
Boil chicken and remove from bone.
Mix soup and sour cream and pour over chicken in baking dish.
Crumble Ritz crackers on top.
Melt butter and drizzle over crackers.
Sprinkle with poppy seed if desired.
You may also put grated cheese on before crackers if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
