Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. (10) 10-inch flour tortillas
    3 cans enchilada sauce
    3 c. grated cheese (Colby or Monterey Jack)
    1 small can fire-roasted green chili peppers
    2 cloves fresh garlic, finely chopped
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium hot pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 fresh green pepper, chopped
    sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet.
    When nearly browned, drain and add drained green chilies, garlic, onion hot pepper and fresh green pepper.
    Finish browning and drain well.
