Broccoli Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 large chopped onion
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 box frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 stick melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix together, adding corn meal last. Grease 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes to light golden brown. This is very tender and does not rise and get crisp like regular cornbread. Cut and serve.
