Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
4 unbeaten eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. (fine) grated carrots
1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil.
Add eggs.
Cream until soft.
Sift flour and measure and sift dry ingredients.
Add to other ingredients and mix well.
Fold in grated carrots and nuts.
Cook 35 minutes at 275\u00b0 in 3 round pans.
