Corned beef brisket
1 qt. ginger ale
Orange marmalade to generously cover
Preparation

To braise brisket, line a pan with a rack, with foil.
Pour ginger ale in bottom of pan.
Place brisket on rack and cover tightly with foil.\tPlace in 300\u00b0 oven for approximately 5 hours. Remove foil cover and generously coat brisket with orange marmalade.\tIncrease oven temperature to 375\u00b0 and bake for about 45 minutes until carmalized.
Slice thin and serve.
