Chicken Crumble - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cut chicken breasts into bite size pieces.
    Melt margarine in skillet and saute chicken until no longer pink on outside.
    Scoop out chicken into casserole dish.
    Mix chicken with soup and sour cream.
    Crumble crackers into margarine remaining in skillet; mix and sprinkle on chicken mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
