Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. can tomatoes
3/4 c. raw long-grain rice
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. light brown sugar
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
8 medium bell pepper
3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions in oil 2 to 3 minutes.
Add ground beef and cook until brown.
Drain excess fat.
Add tomatoes, water, rice, chili powder, salt, pepper, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes until liquid is absorbed.
