Green Beans With Coconut(Same Ki Bhaji) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flaked coconut
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 lb. fresh green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/4 tsp. mustard seed
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. crushed coriander seed
    1 tsp. ground turmeric
Preparation
    Measure half the coconut and water into blender; cover.
    Blend on medium speed, scraping sides of container, if necessary, for 3 minutes; reserve.
    Repeat procedure with remaining coconut and water.
    Saute onion, mustard seed and garlic in oil in Dutch oven over medium heat for 5 minutes.
    Mix remaining ingredients and reserved coconut mixture; cover.
    Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.
