Liverwurst Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground liverwurst
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. chopped black olives
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients.
Form log into about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap in wax paper; chill for 2 to 3 hours.
Garnish with pimiento and chopped hard-cooked egg yolk.
Serve with snack crackers or party rye bread.
