Zabaglione - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/4 c. granulated sugar
    1/2 c. sparkling white wine
    1 egg white
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. confectioners sugar
    dash of cinnamon
    berries, soaked in 1/2 c. Grand Marnier and 1 tsp. sugar
    whipped cream
Preparation
    In top of double boiler over boiling water, put egg yolks, sugar, wine and egg whites.
    Beat and add cream, vanilla, confectioners sugar and cinnamon.
    Beat until well blended, thick and fluffy.
