Nanny'S Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked pie shell
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. (heaping) flour
    dash of salt
    1 cup of half and half
    1 c. of whipping cream (do not whip)
    1 tsp. of vanilla
    butter
Preparation
    This pie is best if made directly in the pie shell.
    First add sugar, flour, and salt in pie shell and mix well.
    Next add the half and half, whipping cream, and vanilla.
    Mix with index finger until sugar is dissolved.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 minutes then turn oven back to 350\u00b0 and bake for approximately another 20-25 minutes.
