Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. water
    4 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon zest
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Make lemon filling in medium size pan.
    Combine flour, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
    Mix well.
    Gradually add water, stirring until smooth.
    Over medium heat, bring to boiling, stirring occasionally.
    Boil 1 minute until shiny translucent. Quickly stir some of hot mixture into egg yolks.
    Pour back into mixture and cook over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in lemon juice, lemon zest and butter.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
