Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, diced chicken
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 chopped pimentos (optional)
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
Preparation
    Combine and
    refrigerate
    overnight.
    Put
    in casserole and top with 1\tcup
    grated Cheddar cheese and 1/2 cup crushed potato chips. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
