Sour Cream Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. margarine
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. lemon flavoring
4 eggs
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. sour cream
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Beat margarine until fluffy.
Add vanilla flavoring to the sugar and beat well, then add the lemon flavoring and then the eggs, one at a time.
Sift dry ingredients and blend well with creamed mixture and sour cream.
