Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread, cubed or ripped
    1 lb. bulk sausage or ham, browned in microwave
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Mix together the eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard.
    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan the bread, sausage (crumbled on top) and cheese (sprinkled on top).
    Pour egg mixture over the above. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, covered.
    Let set 5 to 10 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
