Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shortening
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. hot water
1 egg
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 1/2 c. flour or 2 c. white flour and 1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
Preparation

Melt shortening with sugar and hot water.
Cool.
Combine well beaten egg with yeast and add 1/2 cup lukewarm water.
Add shortening mixture to egg mixture and stir in flour.
Beat well and let rise in refrigerator overnight.
Roll out dough and grease pan.
Let rise in warm place about 3 hours.
Cook at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
