Peanut And Ham Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/4 c. peanut oil
    1 c. ham, finely chopped
    1/2 c. chopped roasted peanuts
    3 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 clove garlic
    1/2 tsp. ground cumin
    1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend until smooth.
    Chill.
    Serve with bite size portions of fresh cauliflower, tomatoes, green and red bell peppers, celery and carrot sticks.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
