Pork Chop And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1 c. rice
    1 c. consomme soup
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Salt and fry pork
    chops.
    Set\taside.\tPlace
    rice
    in baking dish.
    Add\tconsomme
    soup, bell peppers, onions, water and celery.
    Stir to mix.
    Lay\tpork
    chops
    on
    top and cover dish. Bake at 400\u00b0 for
    35 minutes or until rice is flaky and tender.
