Hearty Beef 'N Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. ground beef
    1/3 c. chopped onion or 4 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    8 oz. can tomato sauce
    8 1/2 oz. can sliced green beans, drained
    1/4 tsp. cumin seed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    8 oz. can crescent dinner rolls
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    8 oz. shredded Monterey or Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    In large skillet, brown ground beef, onion and green pepper; drain.
    Stir in tomato sauce, beans, cumin seed, garlic salt and salt.
    Simmer while preparing crust.
    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles; place in ungreased 9-inch pie pan.
    Press on bottom and sides.
    Combine egg and 1 cup cheese; spread over crust.
    Spread meat mixture onto crust.
    Sprinkle rest of cheese.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Stand for 5 minutes.
    Cut into wedges.
    Serves 5 to 6.
