Salem Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) whipped fat-free cream cheese (1 cream cheese with chives)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. pimento, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 onion to taste, finely chopped
    dash of salt and pepper
    horseradish (add to taste)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in bowl.
    Roll into 1 large or numerous small balls.
    These can be rolled into minced pecans, parsley or finely chopped, dried beef.
    Chill before serving.
