Cheese Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. oleo
    3/4 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. sifted flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Melt oleo
    in boiling water.
    Add flour and salt all at once, stirring
    constantly for 2 minutes, until mixture leaves side of pan.
    Remove.
    Blend
    in
    1
    egg
    at a time.
    Blend in cheese and potatoes.
    Fry
    in\toil
    until brown on each side. Drain.
    Serve hot.
