Broiled Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lump crab meat, picked
2 slices bread
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. minced parsley
1 tsp. celery flakes
1 egg
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
6 pats butter
Preparation

Remove the crusts from the bread and crumble.
Mix the bread with the salt, pepper, parsley and celery flakes.
Beat the egg with the mustard.
Add crab meat and mix gently.
Moisten with mayonnaise.
Shape into 6 balls, flatten slightly and put a pat of butter on top of each ball.
Broil on low oven rack approximately 20 minutes.
