Cranberry Chicken(So Easy, So Good!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves or boneless breasts, without skin
    1 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
    1 c. chopped apples
    1/2 c. raisins or prunes
    1/4 c. walnuts
    1 Tbsp. curry powder
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 3/4 c. cold water
    2 eggs
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta or 1 lb. creamed cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 lb. sliced Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 lb. uncooked lasagne noodles, broken in half
    4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. finely chopped shallots
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    2 tsp. tarragon (fresh) or 1 tsp. dried
    4 ripe plum tomatoes, cut in small cubes
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    4 Tbsp. drained capers
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. tomato paste
    4 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and pound to flatten.
    Heat the oil and butter in a skillet and add the chicken breasts and saute until lightly brown (about 5 minutes).
