Easy Shrimp Gumbo Jubilee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 small onions
    1 c. celery
    2 garlic cloves
    1 pkg. okra
    1 small can crab meat
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 can tomato sauce
    5 to 6 c. chicken broth
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 large can tomatoes
    2 lb. shrimp
    1 pt. oysters
Preparation
    Brown flour in drippings and make roux.
    Add onions, celery and garlic; brown for 5 minutes.
    Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, salt and pepper.
    Boil for 1 hour over medium heat.
    Add shrimp, crab, oysters and okra.
    Cook 20 minutes longer.
    Add Worcestershire.
    Stir well and serve over rice.
