Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    3 cans sliced water chestnuts
    1 (8 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
    1 medium jar pimentos
    4 stalks celery, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 cans cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1 large bag crushed potato chips
    3 c. cooked rice (it is good cooked in broth from cooking the chicken)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Use 3 bouillon cubes to boil chicken.
    Put onion and parsley flakes in water.
    Use 1 cup broth and simmer onion and celery until tender.
    Mix ingredients well.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
