Chocolate Glazed Triple Layer Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate wafer cookies, crushed
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
1 1/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
5 oz. cream cheese
1/4 tsp. almond extract

Preparation

Combine cookie crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; blend well. Press onto bottom and 2 inches up side of a 9-inch spring-form pan.
Set aside.
