Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 Tbsp. vanilla flavoring
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. apples, peeled and chopped
Preparation
    Cream well the oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add vanilla flavoring. Sift dry ingredients together and blend into creamed mixture. Fold in pecans and apples.
    Pour into a well-greased Bundt pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool.
