Pig Pickin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. Wesson oil
1 can Mandarin oranges, not drained
1 large can crushed pineapple, not drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 large container Cool Whip
Preparation

Grease and flour three 9-inch cake pans.
Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges.
Pour into cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Cool.
Combine pineapple, pudding and Cool Whip.
Spread between layers, and on sides and top.
Refrigerate.
