Strawberry Chiffon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed fresh strawberries
3/4 c. sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. heavy cream
Preparation

Combine berries, sugar and lemon juice. Let stand 30 minutes. Soften gelatin in cold water; dissolve over hot water. Add to berry mixture and chill until partially set. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into your favorite pie crust, plain or graham cracker. Chill until set. This recipe makes one 10-inch pie or two 7-inch pies. Garnish with whole strawberries.
