Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
2 well-beaten eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 stick margarine
salt to taste
1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain.
Remove half the crumbs and half the cheese for topping.
Fold remaining ingredients together.
Pour into large buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with reserved cheese and cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
