Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
Drop by funnel into hot vegetable oil.
Turn once to brown both sides.
Top with confectioners sugar or desired topping.
