Easy Tapas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    asparagus spears (not thick)
    ham slices (either Serrano Spanish or Prosciutto), cut into thirds vertically
    light olive oil
Preparation
    Rinse and trim asparagus spears. Cut ham into thirds vertically. Wrap ham third around asparagus. Place each wrapped spear on sprayed broiler proof pan or dish. Drizzle light olive oil over spears. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt (optional). Broil spears until ham begins to crisp, then rotate and broil until done (about 2 to 3 minutes each side).
