Slow-Cooked Sunday Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole fryer or favorite pieces, skinned
    1/2 c. catsup
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. water (or more)
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Place chicken (whole or pieces) in a slow cooker, on rack if desired.
    Add water to cooker.
    Mix together remaining ingredients except cornstarch and spoon over chicken.
    Cover cooker and cook slowly 2 to 3 hours, until very tender.
    Remove chicken to serving platter.
