Broccoli-Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large pkg. frozen cut up broccoli and cauliflower (you can use fresh vegetables also)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook vegetables as directed on frozen package.
    Drain.
    In a saucepan melt half the margarine or butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper.
    Add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly.
    Reduce heat; blend in cream cheese until smooth.
    Place vegetables in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour sauce mix over them and mix lightly.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Melt the remaining butter; toss with bread crumbs.
    Sprinkle atop casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until heated through, 40 to 45 minutes.
