Hummingbird Cake(1 To 3 Layer Cake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil, stirring until moistened.
    Do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, pecans and banana.
    Spoon batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool in pans for 10 minutes.
    Spread Cream Cheese Frosting and sprinkle pecans on top.
