Zucchini Casserole #3(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 small zucchini
    2 green peppers
    2 large onions
    2 or 3 tomatoes
    3 or 4 strips bacon
    sliced or shredded Cheddar cheese
    oregano to your taste
    salt to your taste
    pepper to your taste
Preparation
    Set oven at 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Alternate layers of thin sliced zucchini, peppers, onion and tomatoes, throwing in a pinch of spices to taste on each layer.
    Top last layer (or both) with shredded or sliced cheese.
    Decorate top with a last few tomatoes and strips of bacon.
    Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour.
    Continue baking, uncovered, until bacon is crisp and vegetables are tender to taste.
    Serve immediately or undercook slightly, then microwave before serving.
