Vegetable Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. red or green pepper strips
    1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
    1 (8 1/4 oz.) can sliced carrots, drained
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Preparation
    In skillet, cook garlic in oil.
    Add celery, pepper, mushrooms, oregano and Worcestershire sauce; cook until tender-crisp.
    Add beans and carrots; heat through.
    Put in a one-quart casserole dish and heat at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
