Cappuccino(Lo-Cal) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. 1% low-fat milk
3/4 c. hot brewed espresso or double-strength coffee (regular or decaffeinated)
ground cinnamon
Preparation

In small saucepan over low heat, heat milk until tiny bubbles form around edge and mixture is hot (do not boil).
Carefully pour hot milk into blender or food processor, and blend at high speed until frothy.
