Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked chicken, diced
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 lb. seedless grapes
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine the chicken, celery, grapes, salt and pepper.
Add the mayonnaise and sour cream and mix well.
Put into a salad bowl lined with lettuce leaves and sprinkle with the chopped walnuts. Serves 4 to 6.
