Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburger
    1 qt. tomatoes, ready cut canned
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 large envelope spaghetti sauce mix or 2 small
    24 oz. V-8 juice
    16 oz. wide lasagne noodles
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
    16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 16 x 11 x 2 1/2-inch pan (or a 13 x 9 x 3 to 3 1/2-inch works too).
    Brown meat; stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, dry spaghetti sauce mix, V-8 juice and mushrooms.
    Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes (this should be done in a large pot on stove top).
