Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour and blend. Add milk and salt. Cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly. Add potatoes and pimento.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serves 6.
