Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. dark Karo syrup
    1/3 c. white Karo syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, coarsely chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix ingredients,
    adding nuts last.
    Pour into standard pie shell.
    Place
    in
    hot
    oven
    (450\u00b0) for about 10 minutes, then reduce heat to
    325\u00b0
    and
    bake until firm, about 50 minutes. After about
    40
    minutes insert silver knife blade into filling. The pie is done when knife comes out clean.
