Pear Conserve - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 pears
2/3 c. maraschino cherries and juice
2 c. crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar for every c. fruit and juice
Preparation

Peel and grind
pears
or
cut
fine.
Cut up cherries; add pineapple.
Measure pulp.
Add sugar.
Cook over slow fire until thick.
Put
in sterilized glasses and cover with paraffin or seal in canning jars.
