Smoked Pork Chops With Sweet-Sour Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 medium head cabbage, coarsely shredded
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    6 smoked pork loin chops
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Cook onions in butter until tender. In 9 x 13-inch baking pan, lightly toss onion, cabbage, flour, sugar and caraway seed.
    Pour vinegar over mixture.
    Top with chops.
    Cover tightly with foil and bake 1 3/4 hours or until cabbage and meat are fork-tender.
