Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, filleted
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 can Ro-Tel chopped tomatoes
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 large bag regular flavor Doritos
Preparation
    Boil chicken and cut into small pieces. Mix together soup, Ro-Tel, bell pepper, onion, garlic, chili powder and 1/2 cup cheese. Spray a large Pyrex pan with Pam. Line bottom with 1/2 cup crushed Doritos. Place chicken pieces on top. Pour in mixed ingredients and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Pour in remaining Doritos and cheese over top and return to oven until cheese melts.
