Exotic Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked chicken (light and dark)
    1 c. finely chopped celery
    1 c. minced bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. canned evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. pecans, chopped
    2 c. seedless green grapes (if grapes are large, cut in half)
Preparation
    Combine chicken, celery and bell peppers. Mix mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper, onion and vinegar. Toss with chicken mixture; chill. At serving time, add grapes and nuts; mix lightly. Poppy seed adds a nice flavor and looks pretty on top.
