Easy Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes, cooked and mashed with milk
18 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 small onion, diced
2 Tbsp. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can Durkee onion rings
Preparation

Whip all ingredients, except onion rings, together.
Put in 11 x 13-inch pan.
Add onion rings to top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
Can be mixed ahead and frozen.
