Chicken Broccoli Fettuccine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
    1 c. half and half
    1 pkg. fresh Parmesan cheese
    1 chicken
    3 c. hot cooked fettuccine (8 oz. dry)
    1 small bunch broccoli flowerets, cleaned and chopped
Preparation
    Boil chicken.
    Clean off bones and cut into chunks.
    In skillet or wok, cook garlic in margarine for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Mix soup, half and half and 1/2 cup chicken broth. Add broccoli flowerets.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Add cheese and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Serve over fettuccine.
    Garnish with parsley and cherry tomatoes.
    Sprinkle more fresh Parmesan cheese.
